WOW IL de FRANCE SILVER PLATE DECO COCKTAIL SHAKER. I bought this a few years ago from a dealer. He said that it was used on the famous art deco transatlantic liner, BUT it turns out  (THANK YOU EBAYER JOHN) this was designed in honor of the Il de France and not used on board.
What  I do know it is a marvel of art deco design from the stepped base to the stepped top. Truly an art deco masterpiece.
