9' wide x 8' high Hemlock Overhead Garage Door
.
The section frames are made from selected west coast Hemlock that is kiln-dried to precise moisture content perfect for garage doors. It is then shaped and assembled under exacting standards. Stiles and rails are mortise and tenon joined, glued, and steel-pinned for added strength. Section joints are shiplap weather-lock design.
The door comes furnished with tracks &16 gauge galvanized hardware.
Full length bottom weather seal.
Rails & Stile
:
1-3/8" thick cross-cut clear hemlock wood
(no finger joints).
Panels
:            9mm  veneer marine ply, V-grooved.
Windows
:  4.5mm clear acrylic (non yellowing).
This is a four section door with all necessary hardware
(springs, tracks, hinges, etc...).
