In my opinion, the color of this jewel is blue, however, some may see it as turquoise...

Six beautiful blue oyster wells with identical color center sauce well separated with various colorful seashells and seaweed on brown stippled ground...all in relief...
The IDENTICAL Blue center sauce is rare as most Minton 1323 mold plates are emerald green
