Return policy: 1. Return Due to Product Failure or Damage During Shipping: Before we replace the item from our inventory or issue a refund, we must file a claim with the carrier. Customer is responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping and all applicable fees. 3. Return Due to Our Error: We will credit or replace from stock, as applicable.
