This is an antique, top of the line industrial shear for matt board and heavy paper, with a 60" blade, manually operated.
Table is 60.5" wide by 48"
Legs are 35" tall (+ optional 2x6 top slats)
Actual blade measures 61"
Overall dimensions 82" at widest point
Estimated weight 600 lbs.

I will build a pallet, strap it and shrink wrap for 0 handling fee.

Condition:
Missing counterweight and rod to hold counterweight (this part is available online, or you could use a steel pipe and some gym weights).
Main blade arm had cracked, but has since been professionally welded.
I didn't paint it or treat it after the welding job, so that you can see the quality of the weld.
The arm that appears to be used to hold down the material being cut, has 2 problems:
(1) the bolt that holds it on to the blade hinge side needs to have the hole re-tapped for the bolt to enter smoothly (I didn't try forcing it at all);
and (2) the other end with all thread and a lever and spring is bent and I am no sure how it is supposed to look.
There is a washer welded to one end which is bent, I am not sure if that was an after market modification or what it's function is or was.
Overall it appears that the cutter could use some cleaning, a coat of fresh paint, and some adjusting, or it could be used just as it sits.
It was always stored indoors, and was only brought outside to dust it off and take the pictures.
