a Lovely Pairpoint Quadruple Silver-plated Teapot
.
The Teapot is beautiful from the top of the floral finial to bottom bulbous base with flowers, leaves and scrolls all hand tooled in between. There is a floral pattern all around the fluted top edge, bottom of the spout and top and bottom of the handle. Hand tooled designs of flowers, leaves and scrolls decorate the bulbous center. A center cartouche on both the front and back side of all four pieces are waiting for your monogram. It is marked on the base with PAIRPOINT MFG CO., NEW BEDFORD, MASS, QUADRUPLE PLATE and the pattern number "326", “6”. The mark was used from 1880 until 1958.
The condition is very good. The Teapot is 7 1/2" High 9" Wide 6 1/2" Diameter weighing 1 lb. 13oz.
This Teapot would make a beautiful display piece and will make a great addition to your collection.
