Hussey, No. Berwick, Me.  Rare catalog, unable to find any dating in the catalog or on-line but believe it is  pre-1900, and is in remarkably good condition for its age.  Overall size is 6" x 9", 18 pages;  Pages are barely tanned, no writing or tears.  Extremely hard to find catalog!
