This design with (ISM) Internal Service Monitoring cuts down from having to use any outside servicing or technical help.
It also has full access to areas that need attention from blade changing to lubrication without having to pull panels and keep a tool box on hand.

System Adjustment Modes and access:
When a blade is replaced or is no longer cutting the last sheet, the blade depth adjustment can be done up or down from the touch screen making it easy for an owner or operator to adjust the blade or replace a blade without experts help getting involved.
The cutter top cover flips up for easy access to the blade change and lubrication without the need to take the whole top cover off to change the blade. The back cover allows easy access to the rest of the machine which is designed above the paper cutter bed for lubrication and easy adjustments if ever needed.

Damaged item policy details
If visual damage is noticed to the package or container (please do not accept it without inspecting the contents first). Photograph the damage at delivery and if accepting the package note the damage on the delivery document and have the delivery personnel sign seeing the damage. If inspection is not allowed do not accept the item or you may end up having to keep a damaged item and risk loosing your rights for recovery.
Not all items allow a return unless not as described or damaged and the package or container does not show any outer damage. If the package or container is damaged from the outside and the buyer rejects the responsibility to inspect the item before taking delivery like requesting no signature at delivery or having the item delivered without inspection, the buyer will be stuck with accepting the damaged item and a loss.
Policy to follow if receiving a damaged item (keep the evidence):
We (seller) always photograph and insure product and packaging for insurance purposes in case of damage or loss. We also require a signature so the buyer is required to inspect what they are receiving. If the buyer requires no signature they are taking the risk of a damaged item being delivered and accepting the damage loss. When receiving damaged item please contact us right away and do not delay. We will contact the courier or freight company and start the coverage procedures. Keep all packaging and everything related to the damaged product as the courier or freight company will need them to inspect how the damages occurred. Your refund or partial refund (if keeping the item), will be established after investigation and the claim is completed. If the policy is ignored we can not guarantee a refund on any damaged items received.
Policy to follow if returning an item:
Your satisfaction is our first priority. Defective products will be offered for an exchange or refund after our inspection. It is buyer's responsibility to contact us within 15 calendar days of receiving a defective product. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be given. All items MUST be returned in their original condition. The shipping and handling charges are not refundable for a defective item until the item is inspected by us and deemed defective. The buyer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns and should insure and request a signature of return proof.
Upon verification of a defective item, we will reimburse the postage of return and arrange replacement item or refund on your choice within 3-4 business days after return is received.
We will take care of the cost to send the replacement item to you.
When an item is being returned to us for whatever reason the buyer should also have it insurance for its value, photographed and packaged properly and sent requiring signature delivery. If outer damage is seen upon receipt by us, we the seller will reject it or inspect it before accepting it. Contact you so you may receive the information needed to complete a insurance claim without a loss of time to file the claim properly. A refund can only be given when these steps are followed to insure no loss to you the buyer or to us the seller.
Paid for Returns:
We will pay for returns (if listed in our ad) or If we make a mistake in listing and the item is not what we say it is. If agreed upon we may pay for return because of other reasons. We do everything in our power to explain all we can about the product being represented. Positive and negative description. We sell no reproductions or copies unless explained and then we will normally sell as new. All returns must follow the same policies of packaging and insuring for loss or refund purposes.
Cancellations and Restocking Charges:

f the order is paid for and cancelled by buyer and it has been shipped the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to themselves and back to our warehouse. There is also a
20% restocking charge
on canceled orders paid for
whether
they are shipped or not. Once the billing is finalized a refund will be issued.

Free Shipping or Flat Rate Shipping is insured with signature delivery required and paid for by us. Anything else is paid for by the buyer. We use USPS, UPS and FedEx.
We insure and require signature for the buyers protection. All eBay requires from us is proof of shipping and attempted delivery. If buyer requires no signature they are loosing their rights in filing a claim for loss or damaged items. They are taking away their ability to inspect an item for acceptance if damaged and wave any claims. Insuring the item gives the buyer the possibility of filing a damaged claim but may not give them the benefit of claiming a loss item. If the buyer has the potential for items being stolen of left for someone else to take or damaged it is seriously advised that the buyer not request a non signature delivery. It is at the buyers own risk of loss by forfeiting the rights for a claim if this happens. We package and deliver to the courier service being used for confirmation of receiving the item and weight.

Shipping does not cover special delivery charges like Residential home delivery or Residential Area Commercial, lift gate to grown from freight trailer, hard to get in or hard to access places or places with dock waiting times delaying delivery, or inside delivery.
Please contact us if you do not have a loading dock in a commercial environment and any of the other delivery charges.

billing if already paid for or accepting free shipping or flat rate shipping. If no contact is made and buyer has no delivery dock the freight gets returned to the terminal. An additional cost is added for the return and delivery again. This is the buyers
responsibility

. A small item may just require an added fee like UPS boxed or USPS Boxed for Postage delivery. Larger items like crated or skidded items sometimes require additional cost. Any tax's, custom fee's, or any fee's related to entering your country are the buyers responsibility

sea port or inland port with term of CFR as default , Not to your address. It is optional term of DDU to your door.
The shipping cost listed here is only suitable for typical ports ,(such as New York, Los Angeles, Long Beach, Oakland, Miami in the US) (Sydney,
Melbourne, Brisbane
, Adelaide, Fremantle in Australia)
(The only arrival port in UK is Felixstowe) (The only arrival port in Canada is Vancouver)

The default Chinese dispatch port is Huangpu port in Guangzhou, there is only one schedule each week, closed each Tue and barge leaves each Fri. but does not leave every day.
