No loading charge for anything purchased from Cincinnati, Ohio. We can load for free any weight item.
Shipping:
We ship anywhere in the world. Small items (under 150 Lbs) can be shipped FedEx Ground or FedEx Next Day air. Larger items, 150 lbs - 1500 lbs, sold in North America are usually shipped via common carrier truck. Machines over 1500 lbs are usually shipped on a Flat Bed truck. Trucking is the responsibility of the buyer. We will help with trucking by using our nationwide network to get you the very best trucking rate.  If you would like a trucking quote prior to bidding, feel free to contact us.
We will Skid items to be shipped via common carrier at no charge.
For international shipping of a machine we can either crate for export (complete crating) or load the item or items into a container. There will be reasonable charges for export crating and/or containerization, based on the time and materials required.
Local Pickup is always welcome from our Cincinnati, Ohio, warehouse. Warehouse Hours are M-F 7:30am - 4:30pm.

We will accept for refund, for any reason, any item guaranteed by us within 30 days of our shipment, provided - 1) It is returned in the same condition it was shipped. - 2) It is returned freight pre-paid. Our refund is limited to the amount you paid for the item, excluding any charges for shipping, crating, insurance, etc. We will not deduct anything from the purchase price - no restocking fees or eBay auction fees will be charged to you.
