    Description

    After almost 102 years and months upon months of research and making friends with residents, I’m extremely happy to announce the fifth individual of the Pitts meteorite.
    One of only five witnessed US iron meteorite falls, Pitts was witnessed by many of people over a wide area of Georgia in 1921. The two largest masses struck near people, the smaller of the two reportedly splattering mud on a man walking down the road.
    Very rarely seen for sale, this ungrouped iron makes a great addition to any collection. Get it while you still can!
